Fresh on the table and homemade -
That sounds good to me!
We pay special attention to the use of seasonal foods obtained directly from the region. A very popular dish around here is the Styrian “Backhendl” - it is a breaded, specially seasoned fried-chicken. A classic among the many dishes served at Urdlwirt, this “everyone’s favorite” has been popular for over a century! (Also available for take-out).
Popular and inexpensive lunch menus
On weekdays you have the choice between three different 3-course lunch menus at the price of €8.60 each.
There is also a vegetarian lunch menu among them.
Something sweet is also included!
We are also traditionally known for our homemade pastries such as tarts and strudels, Christmas biscuits and All Saints' Day Braid, (in German: “Allerheiligenstriezel” or simply “Strietzel”) a special braided yeast pastry made in Styria and traditionally served on this day (also available for take-out) and many ice-cream specialties.
Whether it is a menu or a buffet - we are happy to put together an individual offer for your celebration!
